Creating a Podio Workspace Task From Email


This is how you create a Podio workspace task from email:


1.  Go to the Podio workspace.


2.  On the right-hand area of the screen is a summary of the workspace tasks.  Click the heading of this workspace tasks area.

>> Look just below the Who is here? section.

>> For example, if your workspace is called Sales, you will click the link Sales tasks.

>> This will open the full list of your workspace tasks.


3.  On the right-hand area of the screen, below the Labels area, click the link called Create a task from email.

>> This will open a form called Choose a service to add email to your address book.


4.  Once you have added the email to your address book, any emails you send to that address will automatically become a task on your workspace task list in Podio.
